The Chinnery

The Chinnery

An intimate retreat with traditional style; The Chinnery is the perfect place to unwind and escape the city.

The Chinnery is temporarily closed for a soft refurbishment during 2 – 16 June 2024.

A la carte menu will be available at Mandarin Grill + Bar (bar area) and The Captain’s Bar for lunch and dinner services.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Named after the famous British artist George Chinnery, The Chinnery enjoys a relaxed club-like atmosphere with deep upholstered armchairs, green leather banquettes and warm wood panelling.

Offering a laid-back alternative to our fine dining restaurants, The Chinnery specialises in traditional British cuisine with classic dishes such as shepherd’s pie, fish and chips available for lunch and dinner. The Chinnery is home to one of the world’s largest collections of single malt whiskies. We also serve chilled draft beer in silver tankards by a veteran staff who know many guests by name.
