Flanked by the all-new Amber and Sushi Shikon by Yoshitake, SOMM is a casual restaurant with a spectacularly diverse selection of over 1,600 champagnes, wines and sakes, served with a concise menu that pays homage to the seasons.

Playful, subtly lit interiors designed by New York designer Adam D. Tihany reinforce the refined, relaxed mood. A sculptural walnut wood restaurant reminiscent of the shape of a wine barrel sweeps across the ceiling complementing plush, wine-hued banquettes, custom design tables fitted with cutlery drawers and walls lined with wines and sakes.

Passionate sommeliers serve European classics from the finest vintners and bold New World wines, a selection of interesting, rare and refined sakes unprecedented outside of Japan, and champagnes. From breakfast and lunch to dinner and a postprandial drink, SOMM is ideal for newcomers to the world of wine and sake as well as those looking to experiment in a relaxed setting. The signature weekend experience: an expertly prepared, all-inclusive ‘Sommeliers Lunch’ sets a new benchmark for the enjoyment of wine and food in a welcoming setting.
