SACHI’s innovative design features stylish table seating for guests to share exquisite combinations of modern Japanese signature dishes. The elegant Martini Bar invites for pre- or after-dinner drinks and small Japanese bites; while a zen garden terrace, curated by a specialist Japanese gardener, provides an idyllic setting on the Rhône waterside.

Chef Mitsu, trained by the master Nobu Matsuhisa, is a renowned local figure in Japanese gastronomy. He will guide guests through a range of unique and surprising flavors.

SACHI also features an intimate ten-seat Omakase Bar, where guests can enjoy a live six, eight or ten-course dining experience.

Chef Mitsuru Tsukada, also known as "Chef Mitsu", was trained by Master Nobu Matsuhisa at a restaurant in Kumamoto, Japan, before becoming chef de partie at a fusion cuisine restaurant in Mayfair, London. After successfully holding positions as sous chef, chef, and head chef, he moved to Switzerland where he opened the Izumi restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva in 2013. A few years later, he opened SACHI in 2022 at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, where he continues to express his commitment to excellence in Japanese cuisine. By carefully selecting high-quality ingredients and local suppliers, he offers exceptional Japanese cuisine at SACHI and the Omakase Bar through signature dishes that have earned him acclaim.
