Chef Masa describes the omakase dining experience at Masa as “shibui” – an expression of subtle beauty and timeless refinement. Sushi and Temaki Box In-Room Experience
During your stay, enjoy a sushi and temaki box delivered to the comfort of your room or suite. Every box comes with 4 pieces each of toro, kinme, salmon, kanpachi, akami, ika squid, as well as ikura roll, Masa toro roll, caviar roll, and ume shiso roll. Please note that the fish selection may vary seasonally, ensuring the freshest options are always available. Each box is priced at USD600* and is designed for two people, while individual boxes are also available for USD300*. This offer is available from Tuesdays to Saturdays, between 1 - 2:30pm. A minimum of 36 hours' advance notice is required, and availability is subject to confirmation.
VIP Omakase Experience
Exclusive to our top signature suites, indulge in an exclusive VIP omakase experience that embodies Chef Masa’s ideal of “shibui.” Let Masa’s chef prepare a one-of-a-kind omakase experience in the luxury of your suite where you will be served 4 - 5 seasonal appetizer offerings and 12 - 15 pieces of sushi, thoughtfully crafted based on the freshest fish available each season. This offer is exclusive to the Oriental Suite, Presidential Suite, and Suite 5000. The experience starts at USD10,000*, requires a 2-week advanced booking, and is subject to availability.
