Amandine Chaignot for Women’s Day

We are delighted to announce a feminine collaboration with Chef Amandine Chaignot for two exclusive diners at Mes’lalla restaurant for Women’s Day.

Amandine Chaignot will be offering a cuisine that reflects what she is: simple, spontaneous and sincere with French roots and inspirations from the world.  The Pigeon scrub and the dumpling of poultry are one of the numerous promises of a delightful moment guaranteed by the Chef.

Amandine Chaignot is a chef with a strong environment and social responsibility and a commitment to women’s causes. The chef has created  A.F.F.A.M.E.E.S an association whose anagram in french means "Friendly girls of food loving to eat, undertake, get dirty and savor.

"The goal is not to be part of a claiming vein, but to come together and be united, in exchange and sharing", describes the one who is also godmother of the NGO sponsoring children , World Vision.

For the International Women’s Day, Chef Amandine Chaignot will be at Mes'lalla for two dinners on 7 & 8 March.
