Born and raised in Chaoshan, Guangdong, Chef Fei is one of China’s most renowned chefs. He started his career at the age of 16 and became an Executive Chef by the age of just 20.
Today, with more than three decades of culinary experience behind him, he is most well-known for creative Cantonese cuisine where truly innovative dishes are crafted from first-class seasonal ingredients. In doing so, his menus always embody the refinement and perfection of Cantonese cuisine in inventive new ways.
His innovative fusion-style appetisers set the stage for a multi-sensory culinary journey through the flavours of Chaozhou and Guangdong. From seafood delicacies to traditional barbeque items, handmade dim sum to double-boiled soups, Chef Fei draws on centuries of proud Chinese culinary history and his own decades of experience.
