Look no further than a special Cantonese Cooking Class at Jiang by Chef Fei - our two-star Michelin restaurant where Chef Fei prepares such contemporary classics as Steamed Lobster and Egg with 20-year Hua Diao Wine, and Chilled Salted Chicken with Sliced Sea Whelk. You'll accompany our chef to a local fresh market before learning how to prepare authentic Cantonese cuisine alongside him, then sample your freshly-made delicacies over lunch.
This 4-hour course is priced at CNY 4150 per person (with a minimum of two people), and three days' advance notice is required.
