土生华人菜亦称为娘惹菜,起源于早期中国移民的后裔,他们与马六甲、槟城和新加坡等地区的当地马来人通婚。这一融合形成了一种独特的烹饪风格,以风味浓郁、口感香辣、技艺复杂而著称。椰奶、罗望子、柠檬草和南姜等关键食材常见于众多娘惹菜中,也体现了土生华人的丰富文化传承。

 

Sarang Cookery 在吉隆坡中心一处装修精美的1928年文化遗迹建筑内提供该沉浸式体验,让宾客能够体验土生华人菜背后的丰富文化传承。这一体验将邀请宾客充分领略娘惹菜的烹饪艺术,这一菜系历经几个世纪的演变,已充分融合了马来、中国和印尼的当地特色。
