Rate Availability
Offer is subject to availability upon reservation and confirmation. Blackouts date may apply. Each card can make a maximum of TWO bookings with same check in and check out dates for the benefits to be applied. Holder of an Eligible Credit Card needs to be one of the guests who stay in the booked room.

Benefits Eligibility
The benefits apply to guests holding an HSBC Privé Credit Card, Premier Elite HSBC Customers and HSBC Private Banking customers holding the mentioned eligible cards only and is non-transferable. The Card must also be presented at check-in and be used to complete final payment at check-out. Hotels may reserve the right not to extend the associated benefits for the bookings or any future bookings if the card is found to be used by others for bookings or payment. Spending credits for Dinning or Spa are only valid on a two-night stay or longer.

Guarantee of Room Reservations
In order to hold reservations, hotels require a valid HSBC Privé Credit card, HSBC Premier Elite Mastercard Debit Card, HSBC Premier Mastercard (Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE, Taiwan), HSBC Premier Travel Mastercard Credit Card, 汇丰中国信用卡尊享版, HSBC Elite Credit card (US), HSBC Premier World Elite Credit Card to guarantee.

Cancellation Policy
Should it become necessary to change or cancel any reservation(s) after they have been confirmed, kindly follow the prevailing cancellation terms of each booking, prior to the guest’s arrival date to avoid cancellation/no-show penalties.

In addition to the above, all bookings may be subject to individual booking terms and conditions.
