Event spaces

Our intimate and elegant meeting rooms are both light-filled, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The Taipan Room, our 80 sqm larger option, is able to accommodate 32 seated guests, or 60 people for cocktails. The wood-paneled Wangfu Room, which can hold up to 10 people, has a view of the iconic Forbidden City and can serve gourmet meals in the upmost privacy.

Other options for high-end bespoke events are our 260 sqm Presidential Suite and our 100 sqm Garden Suite, both offering the upmost intimacy and exclusivity. Both suites have 300 sqm private landscaped terraces.

Technology

As a new hotel, the technology is the absolute latest, featuring fast, high-quality WiFi throughout all function rooms and guest rooms. Wireless microphones, LCD projectors and 85-inch TV screens are also provided.

Catering

Overseen by widely-travelled Executive Chef Mikael Robin, the menu-creation options include Asian and western specialties, or a combination of the two. Special menus can be organised for all occasions, or themes, whether it is a drinks party with exotic cocktails, an elaborate dinner or event-launch with novelty food items.
