Mandarin Grill has a mouthwatering array of steakhouse classics, all prepared by expert chefs. The Australian-sourced cuts of ribeye, sirloin and tenderloin are precisely cooked over a charcoal grill and served with side orders such as hand-cut French Fries and Creamy Forest Mushrooms. There is also a large selection of ocean favourites, including shucked oysters freshly imported from France, Lobster Bisque and Hokkaido Scallop.

 

The traditional theme continues with the dessert menu, too, where standout dishes include Chocolate Dome, Beehive, Pavlova, Orange Soufflé, The Mandarin.
