Awarded three Michelin stars every year since 2014, Sushi Shikon brings the tradition of Ginza sushi to Hong Kong with focus and precision. As the first overseas outpost of Sushi Yoshitake in Ginza, it remains closely connected to the restaurant founded by Master Chef Masahiro Yoshitake, whose Tokyo counter has held three Michelin stars for more than a decade.

 

At its centre is Head Chef Satoshi Tada, whose experience was shaped at the original Tokyo restaurant under Chef Yoshitake. His approach reflects the same discipline, care and respect for Edomae tradition that defines the restaurant.

 

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed to an intimate eight-seat hinoki counter. Here, the chef’s mastery unfolds before you, with each elegantly piece prepared in full view and served the moment it is ready. That same discipline extends to the ingredients, sourced daily from Tokyo’s iconic Toyosu Market to preserve the rhythm and standards of the Ginza original.

 

To complete the experience, carefully selected beverages are chosen to naturally complement and enhance the menu, featuring an exclusive selection of sakes unavailable anywhere else in Hong Kong.

 

Dress Code: Smart Casual. Flipflops and sleeveless shirts are not permitted.
