After two years along the Silk Road, MO Bar opens a new chapter with a cocktail menu that journeys across the globe, imagined as a singular travel journal chronicling years of voyage across continents. Each cocktail and mocktail imagined by MO bar’s multi-awarded Head Bartender Christophe Pinto becomes a fragment of experience, glimpses of the world captured through his senses. An invitation to discovery, a memory transposed into a glass.

Meet the Bar Manager

Christophe received his mixology training in renowned establishments in Paris and Switzerland such as Le Lutetia, Intercontinental Opéra, La Réserve Genève where he spent ten years, and the Fairmont in Montreux where he earned the title of Best Historic Bar in Switzerland in 2019 and Best Bar Manager of the year in 2022 at the Swiss Bar Awards. More recently, in 2024, Christophe and the MO Bar team were ranked among the top three finalists at the Swiss Bar Awards in the "Best Hotel Bar" category, awarded by Bar News magazine. They also secured 6th place among the best bars in Switzerland and were recognised as the best bar in French-speaking Switzerland by Falstaff magazine.
