Discreetly concealed behind an unmarked door, Alambik is an intimate retreat shaped by the rituals of appreciation, conversation and time.

Inspired by the traditional vessel used to distill spirits, Alambik draws from archival language and thoughtfully repurposed details, from a weathered wooden veranda frame recast as an architectural accent, to machuca tiles given renewed presence, preserving fragments of the past within a contemporary setting.

Centred on a distinguished whisky collection, the offering includes bespoke cocktails, refined small plates and curated cigars, all chosen for slow discovery. Welcoming yet deliberately discreet, Alambik is a place to linger over the quiet pleasure of things that improve with time.

Dress Code: In keeping with our refined atmosphere, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing flip-flops, hotel slippers, and similar casual footwear. Gentlemen are invited to wear attire with sleeves.

Remarks: Alambik welcomes guests aged 18 years and above. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
