Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium offers 24-hour In-Room Dining, featuring a refined selection of seasonal dishes, perfect for any moment, from a leisurely breakfast to late-night indulgence.

Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Amsterdam offers two dining venues: Ottolenghi Amsterdam, serving a Mediterranean, vegetable-led menu in the glass atrium, and Taiko, featuring contemporary Asian dishes with both omakase and à la carte options.

Ottolenghi is open 7 days a week for breakfast (7am - 11am), lunch (12:30pm - 3pm), and dinner (5:30pm - 10pm).

Taiko serves dinner from 6pm to 10pm Tuesday through Thursday, and extends its hours from 6:00pm to 10:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Located in the hotel's central atrium, the Lounge is known as "The Living Room of Amsterdam". The space features floor-to-ceiling windows, a large glass ceiling that provides ample natural light, and comfortable seating for unwinding with some refreshments.

The Lounge is open daily from 10am to 11pm, with Afternoon Tea served from Thursday to Sunday.
