Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24 hours’ notice of cancellation to avoid charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur 100% charge.

Age Requirement
The minimum age requirement for access to the spa and fitness centre is 18.

Spa Arrival
We recommend that you check in at Spa Reception at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.

Digital Disconnection
To preserve the tranquillity of the wellness environment, we kindly request that all mobile devices be turned off or placed on silent and securely stored in your locker. This ensures a serene and private experience for all guests.

Health Conditions
When making your booking, please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. For certain medical conditions, we will require written permission from your doctor to proceed.

Cleanliness & Hygiene
Your wellbeing is our priority. In accordance with our strict hygiene standards, all equipment and treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized and sterilized after each service.

Loss or Damage
While every precaution is taken, the spa cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend storing valuables in the lockers provided. For your comfort and to protect your clothing, we encourage guests to wear the robe provided.

Use of Facilities
To maintain a healthy and relaxing environment, alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited within the spa and wellness facilities. Appropriate attire is required in the Fitness & Wellness Centre.

Accidents or Injuries
The wellness facility cannot be held liable for accidents or injuries that may occur during your visit.

Gift Cards
Our Gift Cards make a thoughtful and memorable gift. They are available online and at the Concierge Desk.
