娘惹烹飪課堂

娘惹菜餚源自早期中國移民在馬六甲、檳城及新加坡等地與本地馬來人通婚後孕育的後代。兩種文化的融合衍生出獨特的烹飪風格,其特點是風味濃郁,使用多種香料,同時採用複雜的烹飪技巧。椰奶、酸豆、檸檬草和高良薑等食材是許多菜餚的主要材料,展現出峇峇娘惹豐富多彩的文化面貌。

 

Sarang Cookery 坐落在吉隆坡中心地帶一座建於 1928 年的傳統建築內,賓客可以在修葺一新的精美環境中享受沉浸式烹飪體驗,領略娘惹菜餚的豐富風味。在這處美食天地,賓客可以深入探索娘惹菜餚的烹飪技藝,品嚐歷經數百年逐漸形成的特色美食,感受馬來、中式和印尼風味的巧妙融合。
