French Mediterranean dining with surprising layers of flavours

Chef Izu Ani continues his gastronomic exploration to delight guests at IZU restaurant. Facing the lively Barahat Msheireb town square, the restaurant features three seating areas, comprising a ground-floor indoor space and outdoor terrace, and the first floor.


The ground-floor area offers a relaxed atmosphere with tables located inside and outside, overlooking the Barahat Msheireb. Upstairs, the mood is one of elegance designed for intimate settings.


With dishes created using the finest produce and showcasing layers of flavours inspired by Chef Izu’s varied work and travels, IZU promises a memorable dining experience.


Caviar Tasting Menu


Chef Izu will unveil the caviar menu, a refined and fun experience at IZU. The variety of white wines from France that were especially selected to delight you and to pair alongside this extraordinary menu are not to be missed.


Menu Highlights: Caviar Kristal Blinis, Scallops carpaccio with Oscietre Caviar, Prawns with Theo Olive Oil and Classic Baeri Caviar; Lobster Linguine, Beliga Caviar and Chocolate Mousse for dessert.
