Guests are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment time to check in, enjoy welcome refreshments and complete a Lifestyle Consultation Form allowing us to tailor the treatment. Guests are recommended to disconnect from their digital devices and enjoy the spa experience.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.
Digital Disconnection
To preserve an atmosphere of tranquillity, we kindly ask that mobile devices be switched off and stored in your locker, ensuring privacy and serenity for all guests.
Spa Arrival
We recommend arriving at the Spa reception 15 minutes before your appointment to receive our welcome ceremony. Please note that late arrivals cannot be accommodated with extended treatment time.
Age Requirement
Access to the Spa and fitness centre is reserved for guests aged 16 and over. Children under 16 are welcome in the pool area when accompanied by an adult. Access to the pool is not permitted for children under 3 years old. Regarding Spa treatments for minor children, parental accompaniment is mandatory.

To continue your wellness ritual at home, all spa products used in our treatments are available for purchase in our Spa Boutique.

We are committed to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilised and sanitized after each service and treatment.
Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of any personal belongings. Please secure all valuables in your locker or safebox during your visit. We provide disposable underwear for treatments.
Accidents or Injuries
The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Paris shall not be liable for any accident or injury suffered by any member or guest.
Restrictions on the Use of Facilities
The use of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited. Proper attire must be worn while exercising. Sport shoes are required in the fitness centre.
