Executive Chinese Chef Wing-Keung Wong and his master Theresa Yiu, better known as Dashijie, have come together this Lunar New Year to present a limited-edition Aged Tangerine Peel Turnip Cake. Using premium ingredients, including 15-year-old dried tangerine peels, the two masters have elevated this festive delicacy to another level by adding a tangy twist to an age-old tradition.

Chinese New Year Celebratory Dining
