Staff & services

We assign every client an event manager who will liaise with you and oversee all details from start to finish. On the day of your event, you’ll also have the services of an event concierge ready to solve last minute glitches and ensure everything runs smoothly. We also offer the following services:

  • A conference-level loading bay allowing major equipment and stageing to be easily wheeled directly into our ballroom
  • Access to a ‘green room’ equipped with a well-stocked refrigerator, stationery and private restrooms that you can use during your event
  • Pads, pencils, water and mints are standard for meeting room set-ups
  • Foreign currency can be exchanged for up to USD 500 per day
  • Dedicated secretarial services such as dictation and transcription can be provided at an extra cost

Technology

Newly built, our hotel incorporates the most advanced technology available for first class events. Within our ballroom there is a load bearing ceiling with hang points for technical equipment, ensuring that major audio visual stageing looks discreet and seamless. There are a number of branding opportunities available such as projections outside the ballroom entrance and an LCD panel for logos and agendas. Through our excellent contacts we have access to a wide assortment of technology solutions and can assist you in selecting the right equipment for your event. We also have technicians on site who can troubleshoot as needed.

Languages

There are 25 languages spoken within the hotel and our multi-lingual staff are available to assist with interpreting needs. Simultaneous translation is available for meetings and may be quoted upon request.

Business Centre

Our fully-equipped Business Centre is staffed by dedicated professionals who understand the urgencies of business. We have four computer stations available as well as copy and printing services, and a Business Concierge who will provide assistance with your queries.

EMEA properties with 10 or more guest-rooms for two consecutive nights:

  • 5% credit if total master account spend is less than or equal to USD 24,999
  • 7% credit if total master account spend is between USD 25,000 to USD 64,999
  • 10% credit if master account spend is equal to or greater than USD 65,000

ASPAC/ China/ USA properties with 20 or more guest-rooms for two consecutive nights:

  • 5% credit if total master account spend is less than or equal to USD 44,999
  • 7% credit if total master account spend is between USD 45,000 to USD 79,999
  • 10% credit if master account spend is equal to or greater than USD 80,000
