Signature dishes highlight open-fire grilling, French-inspired comfort food, and bold, sustainably sourced ingredients – including produce from the hotel’s own organic farm. The menu is designed for sharing, creating a convivial atmosphere perfect for modern diners who value flavour, story, and connection. Dress Code: Alex Dilling at Lord Jim's adheres to a smart dress code for all guests, including children. Ladies are kindly asked to wear elegant attire and proper footwear, while gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers and closed shoes. Sleeveless shirts for gentlemen are not permitted at any time of the day.
