You may check in to Spa and Wellness 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to complete the health questionnaire and have a brief discussion with you about your treatment expectations. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally unexpected obligations may require you to reschedule. Please contact the Spa at +852 2132 0011 or email lmhkg-spa@mohg.com at least 12 hours prior to your treatment time to avoid a 100% cancellation charge.
Digital Disconnection
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and we would appreciate it if you can turn off your mobile devices and secure them in your locker to respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity.
Advanced Bookings
We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure your preferred time and service are available.

Our spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Please respect the right of all guests to privacy and serenity. Please refrain from using digital devices and taking photographs in our spa and wellness facilities.
Spa Arrival
We recommend that you check in at the spa reception at least 45 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows us to discuss your treatment expectations and gives you ample time to enjoy the spa’s heat and water oasis. Please note that late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times.
Age Requirement
The minimum age requirement for access to the spa and fitness centre is 16 years old.
Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your treatment when making your spa reservation.
Pregnancy
Spa treatments are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. We offer specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Our Spa Concierge will be pleased to assist in selecting the most suitable treatment.
Cleanliness
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, all equipment is sterilised and sanitised after each service and treatment.
Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings. Please keep all valuables secured in your locker during your visit. For the protection of your clothing, we recommend wearing the robe provided.
Accidents or Injuries
The Spa and Wellness at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark shall not be liable for any accident or injury suffered by any member or guest.
Restrictions on the Use of Facilities
The use of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited. Appropriate sports attire must be worn while exercising. Sports shoes are required in the fitness centre.

To continue your wellness journey at home, all products used in our treatments and services are available for purchase in the Spa Boutique.
Refund Policy
Unopened retail products may be exchanged within ten days of purchase upon presentation of the original receipt. No cash or credit card refunds will be processed.
Service Charge
A 10% service charge is added to all spa treatments.
