Man Wah
As Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong enters the next phase of its transformation during a summer recess, Man Wah will continue to welcome guests for dinner from 1 June to 30 September. Guests may access the hotel via the footbridge from 1/F LANDMARK Prince’s, where our team remains at your service to provide directions and escort you to the restaurant.
Often referred to as Hong Kong’s most beautiful dining space, Michelin-starred Man Wah has been delighting guests with its exquisite Cantonese fare since 1968. The restaurant is proud to have retained its Michelin star for the twelfth year running. Its revitalised interiors frame Hong Kong’s renowned city skyline and iconic Victoria Harbour as the main attraction seen from the 25th floor.
This dining institution continues its legacy as an exquisite homage to time-honoured Cantonese cuisine where discerning diners can discover often overlooked culinary gems and forgotten delicacies alongside an array of refined classics.
