Pop-Up Restaurant At Le Jardin Du Bar Aristide

We are delighted to announce that Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris will be hosting, the first pop-up restaurant of Chef Florent Pietravalle in France, renowned for his inventive and sustainable culinary approach. He earned his first Michelin star at the restaurant, La Mirande, in Avignon. This exceptional gastronomic residency will take place at Le Jardin du Bar Aristide from 19 June - 19 July 2025.

 

For one month, the Chef will present six exclusive creations, served three evenings a week (Thursday to Saturday), from 6pm to 10:30pm, in an intimate setting at the only palace hotel on the Left Bank.

Meet Florent Pietravalle

Born in Montpellier, Florent Pietravalle honed his craft alongside renowned chefs Jean-Luc Rabanel and Pierre Gagnaire before taking the helm at La Mirande in Avignon, where he earned his first Michelin star. Deeply inspired by his native Provence, Chef Pietravalle’s cuisine is defined by boldness, precision, and sensitivity. When asked about his favourite ingredient, he responds without hesitation: “The Mediterranean.” It serves as the true guiding thread of his culinary world, inspiring a radiant, free-spirited, and vibrant menu.
