We assign every client a dedicated event manager who will work with you before and during your event. In addition, we can also provide a number of extra services to help your day run as smoothly as possible.

  • We supply a green room for event organisers, stocked with everything you need to ease the pressures of the day.
  • We have a range of laptops that can be set up in your room on request.
  • Our conference set up is beyond the standard; we delight each delegate with fresh juice, fresh fruit or dipped strawberries.
  • Our multi-lingual staff are available to assist with your interpreting needs. We also offer more extensive translation services for an additional charge.
  • We can also arrange delegate transfer.
