There’s no better way to relax than by making use of our fitness center, swimming pool or range of exercise classes

Fitness Center

Our 1,400 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center is equipped with a full range of TechnoGym training equipment, including both cardiovascular and resistance machines. As well as stationary bicycles, cross trainers and treadmills, we also offer guests the use of ab stations and free weights up to 50 lbs.

Swimming Pool

Our 50-foot indoor lap pool is heated to an inviting temperature and surrounded by relaxing chairs and loungers.

Yoga and Classes

We offer private classes in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga, mat-based Pilates, Tai Chi, Meditation and Visualisation, and Belly Dancing. Classes are held outside on the lawn. 

An ancient eastern practice focusing on balancing the mind, body and spirit, yoga is an excellent way to keep in mental and physical shape. We offer private one-to-one classes in your guestroom or the peaceful surroundings of our garden, during which your teacher will guide you through a series of poses and deep breathing exercises. These will help increase your strength, flexibility and focus. One-on-one sessions end with a soothing, stress relieving meditation. Classes can be customised to guests' needs and abilities. Prices vary by class type and are available by appointment. Participants are welcome to use The Spa's Relaxation area with sauna and steam room.

Personal Training

Gain the encouragement you need towards getting fitter and healthier with a series of personal training sessions. The first session will consist of a thorough fitness assessment and evaluation, followed by an introduction to strength, flexibility, cardiovascular training and basic nutrition. Your trainer will then customise your programmeme and devise a routine to keep your body and mind at peak performance with a vigorous exercise.
