Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie presents a seven-course set lunch for New Year’s Day, designed as a measured and thoughtful start to the year. The menu opens with Brittany crab paired with geranium and tarragon ice cream and Oscietra caviar, before unfolding through signature creations such as Les Berlingots ©ASP, John Dory with Chiang Mai asparagus and fresh Périgord black truffles. The experience concludes with composed expressions of cheese and a chocolate honeycomb dessert scented with hojicha and Corsican honey, each course shaped with the Maison’s signature finesse and served with views of the Chao Phraya River.
