Outdoors, two refined swimming pools overlook the shimmering bay, creating a serene retreat where refreshing swims meet breathtaking Mediterranean views. Indoors, the experience continues with soothing heat and water rituals, including a revitalising hydromassage pool, steam room, cold plunge and multisensory showers infused with water, light and aromatherapy. The spa offers a wide range of wellness experiences, including mind & body rituals focusing on time rituals, inner balance and Qi, as well as massages for sleepfulness, tech detox and intelligent movement. The spa also offers heat and water experiences, or you can retreat to the relaxation rooms.

The hotel features two outdoor swimming pools overlooking the Punta Negra Bay and a fully equipped fitness centre. The fitness centre offers classes and personal training, yoga and meditation, as well as fitness and wellness consultations.

The fitness centre is open 24-hours a day, the spa opens from 9am to 9pm, and the spa's thermal area, which includes the heat and water experience, opens from 9am to 9pm.

Booking is recommended for all spa treatments, particularly during busy periods and for wellness experiences. While walk-in appointments may be available, reserving ahead helps secure your preferred treatment and appointment time. Guests can contact the spa directly or arrange appointments through the hotel before their visit.
