We invite you to check in at the Spa Reception one hour before your first scheduled appointment. This allows us to discuss your treatment expectations and tailor the experience to your needs. This will give you ample time to enjoy the spa’s oasis of heat and water before your treatment begins. Please note that late arrivals cannot be accommodated with extended treatment time.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 100% charge. A valid credit card or prepayment method is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Spa Arrival
We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to consult with our spa team regarding your treatment preferences and to enjoy our heat and water facilities before your service. Please note that late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time out of consideration for subsequent guests.
Digital Disconnection
To preserve the tranquillity of the spa environment, we kindly request that all mobile devices be turned off or placed on silent and securely stored in your locker. This ensures a serene and private experience for all guests.
Health Conditions
When making your booking please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. For certain medical conditions, we will require written permission from your doctor to proceed. Please speak to our spa & wellness team for more information.
Minimum Duration
Spa treatment experiences are a minimum of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Age Requirements
Guests must be 18 years or older to access the spa and wellness facilities.
Guests under the age of 18 may receive selected spa treatments only with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian, provided before the treatment takes place. A parent or legal guardian must be present at all times during the treatment, particularly for treatments involving partial or full nudity, such as body massages.
Pregnancy
We offer a selection of treatments specially designed for expectant mothers. Our Spa Concierges will be delighted to assist you in choosing the most suitable and safe options during this special time. Please note that for your safety, massages and body treatments are not performed during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

To extend the benefits of your spa experience at home, the products used during your treatments are available for purchase in our Spa Boutique, along with a curated selection of wellness and lifestyle essentials.
Gift Cards
Our Spa Gift Cards make a thoughtful and memorable gift. They are available online and at the Spa Concierge Desk.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Your wellbeing is our priority. In accordance with our strict hygiene standards, all equipment and treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized and sterilized after each service.
Loss or Damage
While every precaution is taken, the spa cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend storing valuables in the lockers provided. For your comfort and to protect your clothing, we encourage guests to wear the robe provided.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Unopened retail products may be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt.
Use of Facilities
To maintain a healthy and relaxing environment, alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited within the spa and wellness facilities. Appropriate athletic attire and sport shoes are required in the Fitness & Wellness Centre.
Accidents or Injuries
The Spa & Wellness facility cannot be held liable for accidents or injuries that may occur during your visit.
