A Seasonal Duet of Yule Logs

This season, our pastry team joins hands with Yotam Ottolenghi, blending creativity, heritage, and a touch of surprise into two Yule logs that feel like stories waiting to be savoured.


The Chocolate Yule Log is deep, rich, and quietly daring. Layers of smoked chocolate and a whisper of fleur de sel meet the brightness of candied kumquat, creating a balance of intensity and lightness.


The Spiced Pineapple Yule Log tells another tale: spiced pineapple entwined with ginger and anise, crowned with vanilla ganache and a drift of cardamom-dusted meringue. A creation that recalls the softness of snow on mountain peaks, lifted by a touch of Mediterranean sunlight.
