"Wellness Ritual" programme is a combination of breathing, yoga and "Inner Strength" body treatment, which incorporates a variety of soothing massage techniques selected to ease physical tension and emotional anxiety. The breathing method and yoga session (45 minutes) starts with deep inhaling and exhalation training, calming the mind and strengthening the body and taking enough oxygen into the bloodstream and body.
