Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo welcomes you to the Wine Salon, the latest experience hosted by our esteemed team of world-class sommeliers that journeys above and beyond the hotel's already extensive wine offerings. From May to October 2024, we invite you to join us for a series of five engaging seminars (monthly, excluding August) under the captivating theme, 'Exploring France – Seven Renowned Wine Regions'.
The five seminars will be guided by five accomplished sommeliers, each with a passion for a particular wine-producing region. Be part of this unique experience, where the joy of pairing comes to life through a thoughtfully selected assortment of wines from every region, perfectly complemented by delectable local dishes.

1st Session (May), Alsace and Loire Valley (Sommelier: Akihiko Nosaka)
2nd Session (June), Bordeaux Region (Sommelier: Daiki Suzuki)
3rd Session (July), Rhône Valley and Provence (Sommelier: Fumihiko Kamo)
4th Session (September), Champagne Region (Sommelier: Maika Yamamoto)
5th Session (October), Burgundy Region (Sommelier: Hiroki Ikeda)

Participation Fee:
JPY 110,000 (incl. tax) for all five sessions.
- Each session includes a tasting of five wines corresponding to the theme and one special regional dish from Signature, our French Fine Dining restaurant.
- Participants will also receive a dining voucher for Signature (Dinner Course with Wine Pairing worth JPY 35,000). Valid until 31 December 2024.
Dress Code:
We kindly request guests to wear casual elegant attire as per Signature restaurant’s dress code.
