Authentic tastes from nine open kitchens serving classic dishes from destinations along the ancient Silk Route

Nine speciality open kitchens take centre stage and create a lively ambience and dining experience. Choose from Japanese Sushi & Sashimi, Arabic Mezze and Grills, Asian Wok, Rotisserie, Tandoori Oven, Yakitori & Charcoal Grill, Traditional Bread Oven, topped off with a selection of tempting desserts and sweets. Dishes are designed for sampling and guests can expect a culinary journey inspired by the famed Silk Route.  Located on one of the hotel's highest floors, Mosaic features an indoor seating area, outdoor terrace and a balcony offering a mesmerising backdrop with views of Barahat Msheireb, Al Corniche and West Bay.


Mosaic’s interior design is influenced by local materials and shapes. The colour palette is mostly neutral and echoes the Qatari desert sand dunes. Inspired by woven palm leaves, decorative partitions provide semi-private seating throughout the restaurant, while sofa cushions in tones of sea blue and patterns of pearling nets reflect the country’s pearling heritage.


Lobster Night | 6 to 11pm every Wednesday


The nine live cooking stations will each present specialities for the Lobster menu with lobster being highlighted in each dish. The menu highlights include Lobster Tempura and Avocado Roll from the Japanese sushi and sashimi station, Singaporean Style Wok Fried Lobster Noodles from the Asian Wok, Sri Lankan Lobster Curry from the Indian Subcontinent and Lobster and Tomato Pide from the traditional Turkish bread oven.


Master Cut’s | 6 to 11pm every Sunday


Join Mosaic for its Master Cut’s experience, every Sunday evening where the nine live cooking stations will each present specialities featuring premium meat cuts. The menu highlights include specialties like Shanghai Style pan-fried Char Siu Bao, Australian Wagyu Beef Roll with Enoki Mushrooms, USA Prime Beef Tenderloin Maki and Beef Carpaccio with Arugula. For main dishes, enjoy Grilled Wagyu Beef Steak, Slow Roasted Lamb Leg, Braised Short Ribs and Wagyu Beef Rib Eye with your choice of accompaniments and end with a signature dessert.
