Mosaic’s interior design is influenced by local materials and shapes. The colour palette is mostly neutral and echoes the Qatari desert sand dunes. Inspired by woven palm leaves, decorative partitions provide semi-private seating throughout the restaurant, while sofa cushions in tones of sea blue and patterns of pearling nets reflect the country’s pearling heritage.

The menu includes new dishes such as Vitello Tonnato, Tomato and Olive Bruschetta, Porcini Mushroom Risotto, Ossobuco Gremolada and Ravioli with Spinach and Ricotta besides familiar favourites and signature Italian desserts like Torta Caprese al Cioccolato and Tiramisu.
